Yes, I know it's wednesday... cuz i didn't get on bodyrock.tv this just means I shall be working out later this week on Saturday...
thats ok cuz truthfully, my back is really feeling this right now, especially after standing last night while I was cooking which just further shows i do have a long way to go still.... and i still can't do a job that consists of standing a lot which really sucks and still hinders my finding a job process... i mean, i could get any retail job, or grocery store, i've done it all but with the inability to stand for extended periods of time, it kind of sucks.
So what did i do today... , meaning wednesday...went to sleep at 5 pm and got 5 hours of sleep... I had A LOT to do today before I could sleep so i did what I had to... but all the running around just made my back sore, and not wanting to completely rely on tiger balm or icy hot, or whatever muscle pain reliever gel I have on hand, i decided to get some heat on it because my back muscles are so fricking tight.
So what does one do on a budget? Simple, make your own. being able to sew has helps but a sock works too.
I just got some cotton fabric, sewed the side together, leaving one corner open and turned it inside out. Then i got some rice and mixed it with some Peppermint Halo essential oil and poured it into the little fabric pouch i made before sewing it up. Then I microwaved it for 2 min. and the heat with the oil is making my back feel so much better.
I think this will be my new best friend when I'm aching :)
