I'm nervous, I really am. Simple procedure but the fricking dreams... *shudders*
so we have week 4 day 1 the last week of the 30 day challenge.
1 Leg Push-Ups and Jump Over- 10 15 16
Side Straddle Run’s & Burpee’s 8 6 7
Plank Jumps 10 14 12
After not doing it for a couple days.. omg what a tough workout, but just when I wanted to quit i powered through so yay!
i've actually been busy too... Yes, under the weather so more sluggish than usual but i worked hard and was left pouring sweat, so yay!!!
