Day 19- push

Push it.
Push hard.
Push past the pain.

unless it's really bad pain than you should probably go get it checked... just saying...

Superbowl later... woooo or woooo for whomever enjoys NFL. I'm a CFL girl myself.

So today was the 800 rep challenge >.<

and i did it... in how long? ohhhhhh 13 min and 34 seconds. I thought that was amazing and also hard work... but you don't get anywhere by not doing hard work :)
this is what i got to do today...

Day 5 week 3

25 Push Ups

100 High Knee Skips

25 Knee Tucks (abs)

100 High Knee Skips

25 Squats

100 High Knee Skips

25 Triceps

So one more week to go.... then a few days til my surgery... 1.5 weeks... phew, I can do this... i'm nervous... still with the messed up dreams.
Anyways, enjoy the Superbowl, make great choices,
and I should have a yoga link up. I haven't made anything recipe wise worth mentioning, when I do, i will post a recipe.
