I have more than a few weeks ago but the last couple days as you well know, I've been dead tired... and still super sore :(
that part makes me sad.
dad got off work a bit early today so my workout came a bit later when he went to bed.
Maybe i've been so tired lately because I've been having weird dreams, obviously my upcoming surgery is weighing on my mind as SO many dreams have been about that. From simple things like eating right before my surgery and saying I had to wait later for surgery to bad things happening DURING it...
so that sucks, i have just under 2 weeks until then i wouldn't mind some proper sleep, lol..
but i pushed through, got my workout done and now there's a rep challenge tomorrow... must rest up for that :P
So stay happy, and energized and keep pushing on...
