i'm still achey but it's getting better, i'm almost over the initial soreness. And i'm in no way a superstar yet, but i've noticed little tiny improvements so that makes me go yay!
They simplified the routine a bit, 4 exercises, 3 sets of each and my reps are there below as well as the link.
I'm posting this a bit late, sorry :( but this was yesterdays, and when I wake up later today i will do another workout and hopefully get some yoga. I have a few links to look through that were sent to me in regards to some good yoga workouts, so i will do that and hopefully get some posted for you soon, as well. I'm also looking for some yummy recipes as well.

Burpees + Push-up-8, 7, 6.5
Reverse Pull Ups -20,17, 20
Triple Plank Jumps- 5, 6,8
High Knees with sit ups-10, 13,14
18 min. so i'm getting a bit faster lol
